Shipping Method

International orders are primarily shipped from Japan via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the finished weight of the order.

For oversized, overweight, or special orders that cannot be shipped by EMS, we may contact you after your order is placed to discuss an alternative shipping method and any additional shipping charges.

Processing Time

In-stock standard products are generally shipped within 2 business days after the order is confirmed, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays.

Custom-made, cut-to-size, and specially processed netting requires additional production time. Processing time varies depending on the product, size, quantity, and type of fabrication.

If an order requires an unusually long production time, we will contact you.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local postal conditions.

For shipments to the United States, EMS generally arrives within several business days after dispatch, but delays may occur.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
