Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests for eligible standard, non-customized products within 30 days of delivery.

Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made, made-to-order, cut-to-size, and specially processed products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled for customer convenience once production or processing has begun.

This includes netting manufactured or finished to dimensions selected or entered by the customer.

Please carefully check the product specifications, dimensions, color, and quantity before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through our contact form as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. We may ask you to provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so that we can evaluate the issue.

Returns of Eligible Standard Products

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us through our contact form before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

European Union

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, including statutory cancellation rights for eligible purchases shipped to the European Union, those rights will apply as required by law. Custom-made or clearly personalized products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law.
