[Process 1] Making the basis

We make the basis of the netting according to the dimensions ordered.
For example, if it is 2m x 10m, we will make a 2m wide skid.

[Process 2] Width joint

We will join the basis and net fabrics together until we reach the dimensions you ordered.

[Process 3] Measurement

We measure and cut the net to the dimensions you order.
The net dimensions will be made slightly larger.
The main reason is

  1.  Because the net has a mesh, the mesh may not be exactly the same size.
  2. The net will sag slightly when it is stretched, so if it is made exactly, the customer will not be able to stretch it properly. There are two points.

Especially when ordering long items, we recommend ordering a larger size.

[Process 4] Rope installation part 1

We will attach ropes around it. You may attach it by hand or use a sewing machine.
Generally, sewing machines are used for flat items. However, depending on the type of net, some items cannot be processed using a sewing machine.

[Process 5] Rope installation part 2

For golf sets (three-dimensional), etc., the parts that will be assembled three-dimensionally are sewn together by hand using repair thread.
If you wish, we can also machine or hand-sew all sides.

[Process 6] Dimension confirmation and packaging

We will check the dimensions of the final completed net and then pack it.
To simplify the packaging, we use sandbags and blue sheets for packaging. Thank you for your cooperation.
